The HCM Cloud mobile app offers secure access to organizations' Oracle HCM Cloud Application while on the go. With the same user experience as the web application, this mobile app provides a consistent and seamless experience for managing yourself, your team, and your organization.

As a new hire, you can conveniently view and manage your onboarding tasks before your first day of work. As an employee, you have the ability to manage personal information, view payslips, set goals, view and manage benefit elections, manage skills and qualifications, search for colleagues in the directory, and much more. For managers, the app allows you to hire employees, initiate promotions or transfers, make changes to working hours, and manage salary and compensation. Additionally, the My Team feature keeps managers informed about their team's overall employment, compensation, and talent information. All users can also access their notifications and approve or reject requests from their mobile devices using this application.

The app also includes offline support for HCM Learning. Learners can complete their assignments at any time, and once the device reconnects to the internet, it automatically synchronizes learning progress and completion status with the server.

Another notable feature is the ability to transfer fitness data from Apple Health to Oracle Employee Wellness in support of corporate wellness initiatives. However, this capability needs to be configured by an HCM administrator and requires permission from the user to access fitness data such as daily steps, distance, and active time.

Please note the following prerequisites for using the HCM Cloud mobile app:

Access to an HCM Cloud environment on release 11.13.18.05.0 (R13 18B) or later
An active Oracle HCM Cloud Applications user account
A mobile device with internet access connected to a live HCM Cloud server
Configuration of the HCM Cloud home page to use the News Feed Default Layout
Availability of mobile responsive features enabled in the HCM Cloud web application
